• Cocoa Powder
  • Coconut Oil
  • Natural Maple Syrup
  • Natural Peanut Butter


  1. In a pot, melt and mix equal parts of coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa powder until smooth. (Ex. 1/3 C of each)
  2. Lay out miniature muffin papers onto a baking sheet and add a small layer into each papers and freeze. Add a layer of peanut butter, freeze it and then add another layer of chocolate and freeze it.

Make sure to keep frozen as it is syrup and oil based.
