After countless years as an experienced Red Seal, Executive Chef, Jason decided to put his knives away and really use his knowledge and skills to help people feel better about themselves. No longer wanting to spend time in a kitchen, he moved to CityFit after earning various training certifications.

As a personal trainer, he truly believes that hard work pays off and encourages all his clients to remain dedicated, focused and on track with their goals. He has helped numerous people lose weight and gain strength, flexibility and sport specific improvements. He strives to make his workouts enjoyable yet still maintain a clear vision of the outcome.

His love for food and exercise is unsurpassable, which is why he has been athletic all his life. Golf, mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding are just examples of how consistent training has helped him become his best self and improve his skill in all the activities he loves.
