I’ve been involved in the world of Personal Training for over 7 years and the road to success requires a guide. My path changed from Paramedics to Personal Training because human life is invaluable and I decided that my true calling was in proactive rather than reactive health care.
I was raised with 3 brothers in a home held together by a single mom and growing up I watched her sacrifice everything she wanted and needed from health and fitness, to personal goals and finances to give us the best life that she could. I know what parents are willing to do for their children and the sacrifices they make and now it’s my turn to give back. I’ve been blessed enough to have been able to help so many people. One client in particular has lost weight and change her life. When breakfast used to be 17 pills and a shot of insulin, she now takes only 2 pills and is no longer a classified diabetic.
From alleviating back pain and scoliosis to helping people just like you lose weight and feel comfortable in their own skin, strength training and movement is the key to the proverbial fountain of youth. I’ve been involved in sports and fitness my entire life, having competed at the provincial and national level for wrestling, participated in recreational gymnastics and martial arts, competitive bodybuilding and dance and aiming for national a world records in powerlifting. This is not to brag but to illustrate the true potential of the human body.
